the rules of the system

Core mission

Your job is to keep the Pitch Tank consistent and high-signal. You’re not “running an event” — you’re running a repeatable machine: lead flow in → quality control → schedule locked → controlled live room → usable recordings → publishing.

Non-negotiables

  • Deck required: PowerPoint or Slides/Gamma link with access.
  • No admin = no ceremony: assign keys early, confirm backup mods.
  • Protect the presenter: mute interruptions, enforce rules without drama.
  • Record everything: files labeled, stored, and ready for publishing.

Quick ops rhythm

  • Daily: outbound messages + replies + funnel redirects.
  • Midweek: confirm decks, lock the lineup, schedule the slot order.
  • 24 hours out: post lineup, send confirmations, admin coverage check.
  • Day-of: open room early, tech check, run-of-show, record.
  • After: download recordings, summary, upload, press roundup, follow-ups.
Operator rule: keep everything short and directional. You’re funneling people to the sign-up page, not having 30-minute DMs.
